Code of Conduct

Kingston Collection is a private property dedicated to providing a safe, convenient and enjoyable shopping, dining and entertainment environment for our guests, tenants and employees. Everyone is expected to follow the Behavior Code at all times.

Management reserves the right to exclude from the premises any person that is engaged in activities which are not directly related to, or which detract from, the experience. Persons violating the Behavior Code may be directed to leave Kingston Collection, banned from entering the property in the future, and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Fighting, horseplay, harassment, loitering, offensive language, shouting, loud noise, littering, picketing, protesting, solicitation or any illegal activities are not allowed on Kingston Collection property. Management has the right to exclude from the facility any person or group who in the opinion of Management is obstructing, hindering or harassing shoppers or visitors, or who is engaged in conduct that is unrelated to or detracts from the experience of our guests.
  • Groups of unaccompanied minors larger than 4 will be asked to separate to keep congestion to a minimum. For the safety of all, you may not run, skate or use a skateboard, hoverboard or similar devices on Kingston Collection property. You may not ride bicycles on sidewalks or the interior of the complex.
  • Guests and employees shall be fully clothed. The wearing of apparel, which is designed to provoke a disturbance, negatively impact the interest of merchants or engage shoppers or other legal invitees in conflict is prohibited. The display of signs, banners, posters, apparel and the like that tend to provoke a disturbance, negatively impact the interests of merchants or engage shoppers or other legal invitees in conflict, is also prohibited.
  • The possession of any weapon, other than by law enforcement personnel, is strictly prohibited.
  • The entire Kingston Collection property is tobacco/smoke free. The use of vaping devices and marijuana is strictly prohibited.
  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted in licensed premises only.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises except for service animals. Exceptions may be made for pets being taken to and from pet stores or photography sessions, either on a leash or in a cage.
  • Group functions, activities or gatherings unrelated to the guest experience are not permitted without written Management approval following the submission of an application.
  • The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legally designated spaces. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted. Violators are subject to ticketing and/or towing at owner’s expense. Authorization for overnight parking can be requested by contacting Mall Security at 781-585-4999.
  • In accordance with school attendance laws, and in support of education, children 6 to 16 years of age are not permitted on property during school hours, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Kingston Collection Parking Policies

NOT PERMITTED – ALL VEHICLES

  1. Loitering in the vehicle or parking lot
  2. Parking in time limit areas for longer than the posted time limit
  3. Vehicles parked on property after 2am will be cited for overnight parking
  4. Parking in red zones
  5. Parking that blocks ADA ramps or paths
  6. Parking the opposite direction of traffic
  7. Parking on curbs, sidewalks, on top of rocks, or in planters
  8. Parking in any areas not properly marked as a parking zone (ie must be parking in a loading dock delivering, an ADA space, electric vehicle designated parking, motorcycle parking, or a marked parking space. All other parking is prohibited)
  9. Commercial/Oversized vehicles that do not fit within the marked parking lot spaces; Parking outside of a marked space, in multiple spaces, or in areas hindering traffic is prohibited.

NOT PERMITTED —DELIVERIES/VENDORS

  1. Deliveries parking anywhere except for loading docks (receiving zones) and all deliveries must go through the loading docks and back corridors (ie nothing through the entrance doors or through the Center). Parking in loading docks for more than 15 minutes without prior approval from security/management.
  2. Bringing pallet jacks or pallets into the property common areas, mall entrances, or anywhere with tile
  3. Propping any doors open during deliveries
  4. Delivery trucks can park along the side and wait for receiving zones to clear for use, as long as no other parking policies above are violated.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING (EVC) STATIONS

  1. Electric Vehicle Charging parking is two hours maximum before citation.
  2. Vehicle does not need to be occupied if owner is shopping/dining nearby
